Will the Ecobee work with my HVAC system?
The Ecobee Enhanced works with most 24V systems — gas, electric, heat pump, and most radiant setups. The guide includes a wiring check you complete before touching anything.
What does the SmartSensor actually do?
It measures temperature and occupancy in a separate room — typically the bedroom — so the thermostat targets comfort where people actually are, not just where the thermostat is mounted.
How much can I realistically save?

Can I still adjust the temperature manually?
